Dan has over 20 years of public accounting experience. Dan provides audit, tax and consulting services to small business and non-profit organizations. He teaches seminars on various topics to college students, peers and the public.
Dan received his Bachelor's degree in Accounting, with high honors, from Rutgers University and his Master's degree in Taxation from Temple University. Dan is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of CPA's and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants
Greg has over 26 years experience in business and accounting. His accounting experience involves consultation with small to medium sized businesses to assist them in meeting their objectives. He is certified through the QuickBooks Professional Advisors Program and a certified trainer. He is knowledgeable in audit and consulting services and is well versed in individual and corporate taxation.
Greg received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Temple University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of CPA's. Greg serves as chairman of the Twin Oaks Community Services Borad of Trustees
Melissa joined RS & Co. in 2001. She has a multi-faceted background and offers assistance with varied accounting areas. She specializes in audit workpaper and financial statement preparation, as well as providing assistance with computerized accounting programs.
She graduated from Rider University in Lawrenceville, New Jersey with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and in Computer Information Systems as well as her Master's degree in Accounting. Melissa is also a member of the honorary organization, Beta Alpha Psi.
Lisa Butler,
CPA MBA
Lisa has over 22 years in business accounting and started with Ruotolo, Spewak & Co. in 1998. Lisa specializes in audits of the CIRA's and non-profit entities.
She earned her Bachelor's degrees from Indiana University in Pennsylvania and Rutgers University in New Jersey. Lisa earned her MBA from SUNY Buffalo. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of CPA's.
Dustin joined RS&Co. in 2009 as a tax season intern while obtaining his Bachelor's degree in accounting from Rowan University. Upon graduation, he became a full-time addition to our team who primarily works in our auditing department and helps with the internship program. Dustin has also passed all four parts of the CPA exam and is proceeding to complete the required credit hours.
Joe joined RS&Co. in 2009 as a tax season intern while obtaining his Bachelor's degree in accounting from Rowan University. Upon graduation, he joined our team full-time to assist with tax preparation and accounting services. Joe has also passed all four parts of the CPA exam and is anxiously waiting for his certification.
