Our firm provides professional compilation and review services to businesses of all sizes.  We prepare financial statements in accordance with U. S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) for use by banks, investors, and other third parties.  Our firm also prepares tailor-made financial analyses that can help business owners and managers eliminate inefficiency and realize a business’ full profit potential.

Even though it carries no degree of assurance, a compilation entails the transformation of raw financial information into an organized financial statement.  Through compilation services our firm may prepare monthly, quarterly or annual financial statements.  A compilation is limited to presenting in the form of financial statements information that is provided by the entity’s management.  A compilation is useful to smaller privately held companies that need help in preparing their financial statements, elect to omit footnote disclosures, or whose primary use is to make operating decisions.

An organization may engage our firm to perform a review of its financial statements.  A review involves analytical inquiry and procedures applied to financial statements provided by management.  A review provides limited assurances that material changes to the financial statements are not necessary.  A review may be appropriate to entities that must report financial positions to third parties, such as creditors or regulatory agencies.  Reviewed financial statements may also be useful to business owners who are not actively involved in managing their companies.  This service is performed on an annual and/or interim basis.
