Our firm's goal is to provide comprehensive professional accounting, consulting, and tax services to not-for-profit organizations, small to medium sized businesses, community associations, and individuals. We specialize in serving New Jersey and Pennsylvania, in addition to nation-wide. At RS&Co., we're here to serve you. We have a dedicated core group of individuals who work together to provide the customer satisfaction you deserve!
The firm was established in 1991 by Daniel J. Ruotolo, CPA MS. In early 1997, Dan and Greg Spewak, CPA merged their practices. The firm has grown almost exclusively from referrals by friends, clients and business associates who respect our professional expertise and true concern for our clients.
Our firm currently consists of eight employees, including three Certified Public Accountants.
