Dan has over 20 years of public accounting experience. Dan provides audit, tax and consulting services to small business and non-profit organizations. He teaches seminars on various topics to college students, peers and the public. He is certified through the QuickBooks Professional Advisors Program and a certified trainer.

Dan received his Bachelor's degree in Accounting, with high honors, from Rutgers University and his Master's degree in Taxation from Temple University. Dan is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of CPA's and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants

Greg has over 26 years experience in business and accounting. His accounting experience involves consultation with small to medium sized businesses to assist them in meeting their objectives. He is certified through the QuickBooks Professional Advisors Program and a certified trainer. He is knowledgeable in audit and consulting services and is well versed in individual and corporate taxation.

Greg received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Temple University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of CPA's.

Lisa has over 22 years in business accounting and started with Ruotolo, Spewak & Co. in 1998. Lisa specializes in audits of the CIRA's and non-profit entities.

She earned her Bachelor's Degrees from Indiana University in Pennsylvania and Rutgers University in New Jersey. Lisa earned her MBA from SUNY Buffalo. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of CPA's.

Jessi joined Ruotolo, Spewak & Co. in 1998. She offers a variety of skills to enhance the overall team effort. She specializes in non-profit audit engagements and the preparation of personal income tax returns. She also assists our college Enhancement Program by leading the tax-season internship training sessions.

Jessi graduated from Rider University in Lawrenceville, New Jersey with a Bachelors' Degree in Accounting and is a member of the honorary organization, Beta Alpha Psi.

Melissa joined Ruotolo, Spewak & Co. in 2001. She has a multi-faceted background and offers assistance with varied accounting areas. She specializes in audit workpaper and financial statement preparation, as well as providing assistance with computerized accounting programs.

She graduated from Rider University in Lawrenceville, New Jersey with a Bachelor's in Accounting and in Computer Information Systems as well as her Master's Degree in Accounting.
Melissa is also a member of the honorary organization, Beta Alpha Psi.

She graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Financial Management at the Central University of Finance and Economics, Bejing. Lina attended the Fox School of Business and Management, Temple University with a Master of Business Administration, Accounting

Jerry joined Ruotolo, Spewak & Co. in the 2007 tax seaspm as an intern. Jerry is now a full time employee who assists in taxes, auditing and works with our intern program.

Jerry is a graduate of Rowan University where he obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

Ellen graduated wth a Bachelor of Science degree from The Philadephia University. She has been an Accountant for 24 years.

Her varied background makes her a "Jill-of-all-trades". She works hard to make sure the client receives the best quality service possible.
